Kumud Aneja is the founder of MannVriksh and a committed mental health advocate with over 18 years of experience across education, counselling, and parent empowerment. With a background in psychology and extensive hands-on clinical training, she brings together the worlds of emotional wellness and transformative education.
Her work is rooted in a deep belief: healing begins with compassion, and growth begins when we feel truly heard. Through MannVriksh, Kumud offers counselling informed by therapeutic frameworks, skill-building workshops, and reflective training programs that nurture resilience, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness.
Kumud’s impact spans schools, corporate teams, and grassroots initiatives. She has led mental health workshops for educators, guided parents through complex challenges, and contributed to philanthropic efforts like breast cancer awareness drives, support for the Earth Saviours Foundation, and campaigns by Anything Will Do. Her published contributions feature in national and international journals, as well as textbooks by the Bhartiya Shiksha Board and Sapphire Publications—a testament to her commitment to social change.
Certified in CBT, ACT, IPT, and Couple Counselling, Kumud blends empathy with expertise—creating safe, affirming spaces where individuals can reflect, reset, and rise.

Bhanuja
Counselling Psychologist | Mental Health Facilitator
Bhanuja is a compassionate and dedicated psychologist with nearly two years of hands-on clinical experience at reputed mental health settings such as Tulasi Health Care and Citizen De-addiction Centre. Trained in evidence-based approaches, she has supported individuals facing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, emotional dysregulation, and relationship challenges. Her empathetic, non-judgmental presence helps clients feel seen, heard, and supported on their path to healing and self-discovery.
Ms. Smriti Maini
Counselling Psychologist, certified Laughter yoga leader & Project Lead and Spokesperson at PFTI Internship Committee
Smriti Maini is a counselor, currently pursuing PhD in Psychology in Gurugram, Haryana and is working as Project Lead and spokesperson at PFTI committee . She has completed MSc Clinical Psychology from Amity university, Gurugram and has worked and trained extensively in various organizational settings such as prison setting, multispecialty hospitals, private clinics, rehabilitation settings and schools etc. She has been an active participant in various workshops and conferences. Additionally, her publications in journals and articles for popular magazines suggest a willingness to contribute to the academic and public discourse on mental health. Apart from this she is a social activist volunteering with various NGOs to bring a social change and spreading awareness about mental health. She is a certified laughter yoga leader
